We always strive to provide the best quality leads for our Leadzolo clients, but unfortunately, invalid leads fall through the cracks occasionally. When this happens, you can return invalid leads within 7 calendar days of receiving them by clicking on the “Start” button below.

  

Our team will take the necessary steps to verify your return. However, the more detail and supporting documents you can provide us, the faster we can process the return. If a return is granted, we will credit your Leadzolo account balance for the price of the lead. Lead return may take up to 5 business days to process. 

Here are a few ways returns can be granted:

Wrong Lead Type: If you receive a lead from a Bid where the Property Type or Lead Address (zipcode) does not align with the Property Type or Bid Scope it was delivered to. 

Example #1 - If you receive a lead that is actively listed with an MLS # but your bid was for Single Family Off-Market with High Motivation - that lead would be eligible for return. 

Example #2 - If you receive a lead that is a Mobile Home on a rented plot but your bid was for [Enriched Web Form] Residential Off-Market - that lead would be eligible for return. 

Example #3 - If you receive a lead that is in DeKalb County Georgia but your bid was for Decatur County Georgia - that lead would be eligible for return. 

Wholesaler Lead: Wholesalers typically have the property under contract and are not always the actual property owners. We will verify that the lead came from a wholesaler, but please provide any detail that you think is relevant so we can expedite the process.

Duplicate Lead: If you received more than one version of the same lead through our service, you should return all the leads aside from the original lead.

Not The Property Owner: The person who submitted the lead form does not own the property, nor do they have authority to sell the property. 

Invalid Contact Information: The phone number & email listed in the lead are invalid, and you cannot locate another phone number for the seller. Or the Lead Name contains profanity, celebrity/historical figures names or the address of the property is a landmark/public property, the information entered is nonsensical. Invalid refers to phone numbers that are disconnected, reach the wrong person and/or emails that bounce back.

Other: If your reason for disputing a lead is not listed above, please provide supporting documents (call recordings, email/text screenshots, tax records, etc) and as many details as possible to support why a return should be granted. Without context and documentation returns submitted as other will not be reviewed or processed.
